SM Cinema Reveals List of Theaters and Rules for Live Viewing of BTS Seoul Concerts in PH – Reuters

SM Cinema has announced the list of cinemas in the Philippines that will show K-pop superstars BTS’s “Permission to Dance on Stage-Seoul” live.

“BTS Permission to Dance on Stage-Seoul” will be held on March 10, 12, and 13 at Seoul Olympic Stadium.

The concert on March 12 will have a live screening in theaters in different countries. In the Philippines, SM Cinema will organize live viewing exclusively.

According to SM Cinema, the “BTS Permission To Dance On Stage-Seoul: Live Viewing” will take place on March 12.

The first broadcast (live viewing) will be at 4:45 p.m. (Philippines time) and 8:45 p.m. (immediate playback).

The live viewing will last 3 hours and 15 minutes. The ticket price is 1,900 pesos ($37). Tickets will go on sale online through the SM Cinema mobile app and www.smcinema.com website at 12:01 a.m. on February 26. Debit and credit card payments will be accepted.

SM Cinema announced that 34 venues in different regions of the country will broadcast the live viewing of the BTS concert.

SM Cinema also released the rules and alert level guidelines for those who will watch the concert.

For areas below Alert Level 2, permitted theater seating capacity is up to 50%. Fully vaccinated adults are allowed while minors are allowed but must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.

For areas below Alert Level 3, permitted theater seating capacity is up to 30%. Fully vaccinated, fully vaccinated adults aged 12 and over are allowed, while those under 11 and under are not allowed.

Here are the rules, according to SM Cinema:

1. General Film Guidelines

A. Fully vaccinated adults are welcome inside the cinema upon presentation of their vaccination record at the entrance.

B. Below Alert Level 2, all minors are permitted as long as they are accompanied by fully immunized adults. For Alert Level 3, only fully vaccinated ages 12 and older are permitted.

C. In accordance with the Social Distancing Alert Level guidelines for venues with Safety Seal Certificates and in LGUs where more than 70% of the population is vaccinated, SM Cinema will allow up to 50% (level d level 2) and 30% (alert level 3) of the total capacity of each theater.

D. We encourage online ticket purchase and payment through the SM Cinema app or the www.smcinema.com website. You can use a credit/debit card for your payment.

2. Allocation of seats

Confirmation of booking accompanies confirmation of seat allocation. Please ensure your seat selection is final before finalizing your reservation.

3. Customer Safety

a. Wear properly fitting masks at all times.

b. Follow the seat gap policy inside the cinema.

vs. Wash hands regularly with soap and water.

D. Follow one-way traffic.

e. Complete a health declaration form on site.

F. Provide temperature control at the entrance.

g. It is currently prohibited to bring food and drink inside the cinema to minimize face mask removal inside.

h. Stay in your seats and keep conversations to a minimum throughout the show.
